Our Vision

Our vision is to ensure we have a good teacher in every classroom delivering an excellent curriculum supported by effective systems for behaviour and care.

We will develop well rounded, confident and responsible individuals who aspire to achieve their full potential. We will do this by providing a welcoming, happy, safe, and supportive learning environment in which everyone is equal, and all achievements are celebrated. We regularly refer to and reflect our school ‘PRIDE’ values: positivity, respect, inclusion, dedication and enthusiasm throughout everything we do.

Our Values

Positivity - We will encourage good attitudes and focus on the positives

Respect -   We respect others and are kind to our friends 

Inclusion - We celebrate diversity and make sure every child is included in everything we do

Dedication - We will keep trying no matter how hard something is

Enthusiasm - We are proud of our collective successes and achievements

We recognise pupils who demonstrate these values through weekly awards and celebrations, culminating in our termly ‘Pride Award’ which is voted for by the pupils to award those who encapsulate all of the values, all of the time.
