Uniform

School uniform gives a sense of identity to all our children. It shows clearly that the children all belong to the same school family and instils a sense of pride for our school and in each other.

We ask that all children have full school uniform, worn correctly, for daily attendance at school. Uniform will also be worn on occasions when children are representing the school, including school visits.

Parents and carers are asked to co-operate fully by providing the uniform and ensuring all articles of clothing and other items brought into school are clearly marked with the child’s name.

Hammond School uniform can be obtained from Valentino’s, either from their store located at 23-27 Broadway, Knaphill, Woking GU21 2DR or online. 

Valentino Schoolwear

Name labels may be ordered through the school outfitters or via offers through the Hammond School Association (HSA). 

Hammond School uniform comprises of  a winter and a summer uniform. Winter uniform is worn from September to the Easter break, and Summer uniform is worn after the Easter break. Summer uniform is permitted to be worn in September and until the October half term, if the weather is warm.

Shoulder or longer length hair, for safety and hygiene reasons should be tied back from the face. Earrings will need to be removed before participating in PE.

Second Hand Uniform 

Our school HSA run a successful secondhand sale throughout the year via their facebook page;

The sales offer parents the opportunity to purchase good quality secondhand uniform at very reasonable prices and at a fraction of the cost of new uniform. We kindly ask that any uniform to be donated to the sale should be sent into school office and notify the HSA that it has been dropped off. In line with the school’s Uniform Policy, only good quality, clean, current uniform will be accepted into the sale. Please try to remove all name tags if this is possible
