Year 4 - News
In year 4 we have been working on Haiku Poems in English. The children have written and published their own Haiku poem and these have been put together into a book which now sits in each classroom!
In Maths, we have begun looking at fractions and identifying the parts and wholes.
In reading we have continued to read The Boy at the Back of the class and we will be moving onto looking at the Wind in the Willows after half term.
In Wider curriculum the children have created some fantastic Viking coin purses. Thank you so much to everyone who came to help create these – the children are really proud of them and we think they look great!
We have started learning focusing on our 7 times table and would appreciate the children continuing to focus on this over the easter holidays.
